Board of Trustees

OSR-Northwest is a 501(c)(3) educational, non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of Washington.

The mission of the Board of Trustees is to hold in trust the strategic direction and assure the continuance, independence and vitality of the Organization Systems Renewal graduate programs.

Guiding principles of the Board

OSR-Northwest is and will remain an independent educational non-profit organization in partnership with a university that shares key values with OSR.

The core business of OSR-Northwest and its Board of Trustees is to conduct an organization systems renewal master’s degree program through an accredited partner university. It may choose to sponsor or conduct other educational activities as deemed appropriate by the Board.

The Board conducts its business in congruence with the stated core values of the master’s degree program, which include the following:

  • Engaging the whole person
  • Creating a learning community
  • Operating collaboratively
  • Practicing inquiry and critical thinking
  • Practicing systemic thinking and design.

It is the intent of the Board of Trustees to be responsible, congruent, and to add value rather than impede OSR programs functioning. The Board is concerned with the long-term strategic direction of OSR-Northwest rather than the operational management of OSR programs.
