Presently: communications facilitator using improvisational theatre theory to develop trainings in teambuilding, creative brainstorming, stress management, managing change and conflict resolution

Co-founded: Seatle Improv in 1985 and Stark/RavingTheatre (including award-winning Here/There) with Ed Sampson in 1988

Monologues include: My Last Year with the Nuns, Helium, My Boat to Bainbridge, and Beyond Kindness.

On the big screen: Outsourced, Spiderman, Sleepless in Seattle, Whiteface, Northern Exposure, Bill Nye the Science Guy, and Almost live!.

Family: lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife and their youngest daughter

Currently: designs and facilitates meetings and planning efforts using graphic recording techniques for brainstorming, process comparison and development, strategy and visioning work, history maps, summary murals of events, and documentation of long term change efforts; wrightmarks.com
