Glenda Chaffin

Practice: Chaffin Consulting, helping nonprofit organizations and individuals align and sustain change practices

Founder: Intergen Retreats, engaging women of all ages in sharing commonness and uniqueness and celebrating connections across the generations and across the globe

Will Hewett

Currently: senior consultant with JMJ Associates in Austin, TX, working with global corporations on values-based, large-scale change initiatives

Passions: developing the voices of leadership.

Education: Dartmouth College and OSR 11

Elaine Jessen

Life work: helping individuals and organizations develop systemic approaches to their life and work

Practice focus: living systems perspectives as they guide creative design in an ever increasingly interconnected and complex world

Faculty: Whole Systems Design Master’s Program at Antioch University Seattle for almost 20 years; focused much of her work on organization systems and systems theory; designed, developed and conducted study abroad in Bali, Indonesia. Next departure is August 30, 2008.

Bob Woodruff

Currently: President, Institute for Systemic Learning and Principal of the Woodruff Group, coaches leaders and facilitates strategic development processes

Practice: works with groups and individuals engaged with significant organization change.

Beginnings: in 1965 established the first sales training program for Weyerhaeuser Company

Previously: led the OSR program at Antioch University, Seattle

Education: BA from Colgate University; MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University; MA in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle, OSR 4
