Methodology and beliefs:

  • The level of one's self- or system-esteem directly effects how one communicates with others and how well an individual or group is able to make use of their internal resources (e.g. their mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical).
  • Congruence is the single most powerful strategic intervention for changing one's health, relationships, and performance
  • Leadership is the strategic and conscious use of the self for promoting positive outcomes via human connections
  • Her esteem-building approach to change blends her psychotherapeutic, teaching, and organizational development skills with family systems and communication theories.

At her best: working with organizations, teams, families, and partnerships who are seeking to unlock their ability to access the best they and others have to offer.
