Founder: International Institute for the Study of Systems Renewal, a non-profit educational corporation that pioneered adult learning in applying whole systems theory and thinking to the design and leadership of change
Co-created in 1979 with Dr. Gordon L. Lippitt the Organization Systems Renewal (OSR) Master's program
Consulting clients: over 500 organizations throughout the United States and Canada in public and private sectors, profit and not-for-profit, raw materials industry, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, government, sales and service, social service, unions, wholesale, retail; from one-person entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 corporations
Previously: Director of Training, Education and Development at Weyerhaeuser, leading the first internal organizational effectiveness consulting group in the company
Awards: American Society for Training and Development's first annual Gordon Lippitt award (1988)
