OSR Alumni Association presents
When groups achieve extraordinary results
with Kathleen Ryan
Consider the power of a magical group experience... one where people achieve outstanding results while experiencing a profound, positive shift in how they see their world.
Simply put — dynamite results and personal transformation. Experiences we describe as "Amazing" or "Wow" or "It was like magic."
Most of us have had this feeling at least once. Why not more often?
If the real work gets done in groups of two to twenty people, the microcosms of larger systems, why not make the time together extraordinary?
Whether you're a facilitator, leader or group member, it is possible to more consciously nurture these types of peak experiences. With or without graduating from Hogwarts.
How do a few groups achieve amazing results, surpassing even their own expectations?
What do these extraordinary groups have in common that sorts them from all the rest?
What might we do to intentionally create these seeming "magical" results more often?
And... What are the implications for leaders or consultants of organizational change?
