Have you ever wondered why some changes are relatively easy to maneuver and others difficult? Some seemingly impossible?

This workshop builds on the fundamentals of change management and examines transitions based on the complexity of change you are facing.

Research and experience show that the success of your change initiative depends on finding a fit with the methodologies you plan to use. The Three-Lens Conversation is a practical tool to help people work with life/work dilemmas in an upended world.

Emerging from existing change and complexity theories, the Three-Lens Conversation will help you think about innovation in a whole new way and understand which capacities are likely to create the greatest leverage for successful change.

Your workshop takeaways

  • The ability to map change dilemmas along a complexity continuum;
  • The ability to match the type of change to appropriate tools and methods;
  • Practice utilizing three key practices for leading complex change.

“I've been to a lot of workshops and this was new and different.”

“This helped us organize our thinking.”

“Gave me new tools and new ways to view problems and change.”

“I'm wondering, 'Why don't we collaborate with colleagues more often?’”
