What if work-life balance is achieved by managing your energy, not time?

Given that we all define work-life balance differently, you will explore what is most important to you, look at how you spend your time, and identify the commitments you are willing to make to achieve balance.

Clarifying what is most important enables you to make decisions that lead to work-life balance more easily. You will leave with a personalized action plan for achieving work-life balance that looks at the roles you play, aligns these with what's most important to you, and focuses on the next steps that will make the biggest difference.

Your workshop takeaways

  • Five most important areas of focus;
  • Process for clarifying how you spend your week;
  • Personalized action plan for achieving work-life balance.
