Leading Complex Change: A Path-Finding Workshop for Uncertain Times - Seattle

Learn the principles of initiating and dealing with planned and unplanned change.
Quickly understand the kinds of complexity your organization is facing.
Create a more resilient organization through effective interactions between systems, processes and structures.
Identify practical solutions to complex challenges.
Build the capacity to respond to external forces that are beyond your control.

For: Leaders, managers and professionals involved in organizational decision-making.
