You asked for it! In response to recent alumni survey results, the OSR Alumni Association Board is kicking off a new pilot project to build mentoring relationships between recent grads (OSR14) and seasoned alumni!
Come learn about the dynamic field of mentoring from Larry Daloz, author of Mentor: Guiding the journey of adult learners and OSR Northwest Board member. We will introduce the pilot project that will help us learn more about how alumni can support each others' learning through collaborative one-on-one mentoring relationships.
