Leading Sustainably: Transformation through Vital Conversations

What does it take to sustain leadership – for yourself, your organization, and your community – during a time of acute challenges, as well as over the longer term? In this world of rapid, irrevocable change, concrete answers are unlikely to serve us: we need voice, courage, engagement, and community to prepare and continue on this journey. This conference invites you to a day of essential conversations to enhance your ability to respond and lead in dynamic times.

Explore new methodologies for expanding your leadership capability.

Practice new ways of leading transformation from wherever you stand.

Learn how to intentionally design conversational spaces to produce extraordinary outcomes for you or your clients.

Transform your awareness of - and foster new choices to lead sustainably.

Plenary Speakers: We are excited about our two plenary speakers for the conference – Bill Grace and Bill Koenig. Together they will establish a rich context for the day. See their bio’s in the links below.

Workshops: The conference will offer 14 diverse, interactive and experiential 2-hour workshop sessions on Saturday, June 18 related to the conference theme and learning intentions.

Food:

Continental breakfast & lunch provided.  The conference will be followed by a wine and cheese gathering as well.
