The OSR Master’s program is the only one of its kind in the country. This two-year, cohort-based program provides you the opportunity to achieve excellence as a designer and leader of change within your organization and community.

Program outcomes — As an OSR Master’s graduate, you will be able to design and lead system-wide organizational change with confidence.

Courses — The OSR program requires a total of 68 credits taught through 29 courses over 22 months. All courses are required and must be taken in sequence.

Events — Test-drive the OSR innovative approach to learning with these free introductory events designed for prospective students.

Faculty and staff — Three faculty advisors are your guides along with renowned visiting presenters.
