Designing and Leading Emergent Change

A practicum in sensing and shaping the future of living systems

New in 2008, this program gives you the competencies and confidence to engage with changing organizational systems. Grounded in theory, design, and methodology, this specially-designed program is a natural extension of the OSR Master’s program.

Program description and course goals — Grounded in an approach to change that was developed in the context of two generations of intensive research

Course dates and curriculum — Four Fri–Sat sessions, Feb 29–Jun 21, 2008

Design — Emphasizes learning by choice, joint design and experimentation and working with real time examples
