Post-graduate 2008: Designing and Leading Emergent Change

Student profiles

Who is this for?

The post-graduate program is for OSR Master’s alumni and invited guests who:

  • Find that their work takes them to many different environments, often filled with multiple issues and confusing signals;
  • Feel they are engaged in efforts to “change the game” and face difficult odds;
  • Desire a living, fluid relationship with what they are helping to create;
  • Long for support, inspiration and to be challenged by peers who appreciate this calling;
  • Want to engage their clients in a process that brings forth the life force of the organization and that enlivens and nurtures the work ahead;
  • Yearn for some new practices and a vibrant social network to help sustain them over the long haul;
  • Sense an even bigger future ahead.

This program is not for everyone. This experience will be most beneficial for those who have already embraced a living systems perspective and wish to deepen their ability to design and lead systemic, organizational change.

The right kind of learning environment is key. Therefore, in order to ensure candid discussions and an appropriate mix of expertise and diversity, Bill Koenig, the OSR Administrative Manager, will review applications from prospective participants to determine a good “match” before extending a formal invitation to take part in Designing and Leading Emergent Change.
